With more than 200km on my iCaddy, I can definitely say the honeymoon is over. While the bike feels solid and accelerates smoothly, the odometer is inaccurate by more than 35km. The code to unlock higher speeds took about three dozen attempts before it was successful. The indicators never appeared on the display as they were supposed to. I had to use an alternate code to eventually achieve success. The trunk door suddenly became loose after a few rides and rattled so hard it popped open a number of times. At speed, the front wheel sometimes sticks when turning. Overall, it’s a nice looking and functional bike, but with several little issues the company says are not covered under its warranty, I regret my decision and wish I had put the money toward a better-built model from a different manufacturer

battery problems, bad customer services

bought that ebike mostly for the backseat for my kid. I use it to go to work and drive my kid to the school. After less than 2 months, I began to have problems with the battery. Screen began to shut down while I was riding. Had to stop and close and open the battery switch to start it again. Since then, the problem is just getting worse. The last days, needed to open-close the battery switch about 10-15 times to be able to open the screen and go to work.
When I received the bike, sent an email to the company to receive a new washer I lost and have more details to set up something, they replied they transfered my email but never received any news.

Very sturdy, value for money

I picked by e-bike up at the warehouse because I'm only 5'2 I wanted to make sure it was going to work for my height we drove 3 hrs and there wasn't any available out of the box but the staff were so nice they assembled one for me to try being my husband and I travelled so far. The e-bike was great for my height and is very comfortable to sit on so i ended up purchasing the ebike that day. The only thing putting it together took a lot longer then we thought because the holes for putting the back seat frame didn't line up so we had to leave to of the screws and nuts off it was very frustrating. took it for my first ride the next day and put on 10 kms and enjoy my ride.
