INSUFFICIENT BATTERY

I bought the scotter last year and it worked properly, it was only used for the summer season and a few days of autumn, but now this summer after not using it for a long period, the battery life decreased by 30%, which affects my commuting to and from work (14Km), I request a solution to this case because it was bought for this purpose and it is not fulfilling it.
