Products that qualify for our Low Price Guarantee:

The product you’re comparing must meet the following criteria to qualify:

• The product must have the exact same brand name and model.
• The product must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include all environmental fees, shipping costs, and other charges
• The product must be sold and shipped by a retailer AND authorized dealer located within Canada.

The following types of sellers do not qualify for a price match:

• Any sellers whose products are refurbished or liquidated.
• The product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer, pre-order, or available only in limited quantity.
• The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price.

  Special sale prices include: Black Friday, Black Friday Month, Black Friday Prices Now and Early Black Friday Sales, Friends and Family, Members Only Pricing, Ultimate Smartphone Sale, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week, Black Friday in Summer, Black Friday in July, pre-orders, point-of-sale activation cards, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) prices, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items, financing offers, and trade-in offers.

We are pleased to offer a 90 days product replacement/repair warranty for all our products. All defective merchandise, unless otherwise defined on this page, are eligible for repair within 90 days from the original purchase date. 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, flat tires or any other physical damage including water/liquid damage on any parts or units by improper usage and improper handling.  

The warranty does not cover over-charging or damages due to improper maintenance of the lithium battery installed in the unit. Opening or altering your device will void any original manufacturer warranty. 

By opening your unit, you acknowledge that you assume all responsibility for your device, and its functionality or lack thereof. We assume no liability for loss or damages caused by unsafe riding and improper usage. Our warranty does not cover when used unsafely or out of limits.

Important: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachments, stunts, tricks, loss of parts, over-load, or subject in the product to any but the specified voltage. Use of unauthorized replacement parts will void the warranty. No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages.

* Please note that no monetary compensation will be provided for the time invested, shipping delays, frustration, efforts for self-repair or any sort, or for the inconvenience that has been caused.

Refurbished Warranty

30-Day Warranty - Factory re-certified by IMGadgets' Technicians. 

These are described as fully functional. However, they may have cosmetic markings.

We can not send pictures of any individual re-certified IMGadgets.

Final Sale - Returns will not be accepted on any re-certified items.

Extended Warranty

IMGadgets partners with CPS to provide extended warranty coverage to customers.

COVERAGE INCLUDES:

• Factory Authorized repair centers
• Protection from accidental drops and spills
• On-site service according to the OEM's terms

Extended Holiday Warranty policy

The extended holiday warranty is exclusively valid for orders made directly through the IMGadgets website.

For items purchased directly from the IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com) between Nov 4^th, 2024, and Dec 15th, 2024, we will provide a 90-day extension on the regular warranty period. Hence, you will receive an additional three months of warranty on top of the standard three-month warranty, making it a total of 6 months of warranty on any purchases made during the extended holiday warranty policy period. The above-mentioned Warranty Details and conditions still apply.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the postmark date to request a full refund provided that the product is not used and all original contents are included with the original undamaged packaging. 15% restocking fee may apply. Any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund. We do not replace for accidental damages.

All Pre-order items are eligible for a full refund before they are shipped and/or are being processed for shipping.

Pre-Order Shipping

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, IMGadgets is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. 

Special Sale Prices 

Items purchased during flash sale or one day sales cannot be price matched as those prices are exclusive to that specific sale.

Special sale prices include: Flash Sale, Black Friday, Black Friday Prices Now and Early Black Friday Sales, Cyber Week Prices, Boxing Sale/Week, pre-orders, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items.

Extended Holiday Return Policy 

This extended policy is only valid for products purchased directly from IMGadgets website (www.imgadgets.com). It does NOT apply to products purchased from any other 3rd party retailer. For items purchased between  Nov 4^th,  2024, and  Dec 20^th, 2024, we’ll gladly give you a refund on your purchases until Jan 15^th, 2025. The above Return Policy still applies to any purchases made during the extended holiday return policy period.
