My son is having an issue when trying to turn. Periodically, the wheel locks into straight position, and it takes some force to turn. It almost feels like something is preventing it to turn. I've put a bit of WD40, which helped a bit, but it still does it. Before I try to disassemble, do you have any other suggestions?
