Refund policy

At IMGadgets, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, our return process is designed to be straightforward and transparent.

Please review the details below to ensure your return qualifies.


Standard Returns (New Products)

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a prepaid return label is provided for convenience, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Refurbished products (final sale)
  • Open box, demo, or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Flash sale or limited-time promotional items

E-Mobility Returns

Due to the nature and size of E-Mobility products, additional return conditions may apply:

  • Products must show minimal to no usage
  • Original packaging is required
  • A restocking fee may apply depending on product condition
  • Return shipping for E-Mobility products is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact our customer care team before shipping the item back.


How to Start a Return

To request a return authorization:

  1. Email customercare@imgadgets.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds are processed after inspection and typically issued within 5–10 business days. If your original payment method was a credit card, it may take between 5-15 business days additionally for the refund to settle on your card. For exact timing please contact your own credit card issuer.


Pre-Order Policy

We understand that pre-order purchases require trust and patience, and we aim to provide clarity throughout the process.


Cancellation & Refund

All pre-order items are eligible for a full refund any time before they are shipped or processed for shipping.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it becomes subject to our standard return policy.


Pre-Order Shipping

  • The expected shipping date will be clearly noted on each product page.
  • Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing or delivery delays.

While we strive to meet all estimated ship dates, delays can occur. In the event of a delay:

  • IMGadgets is not responsible for damages resulting from shipping delays
  • We are not obligated to provide discounts, credits, or refunds due to delays beyond our control

Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received.


Price Match Guarantee

At IMGadgets, we believe in fair and transparent pricing. If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorized retailer, we’re happy to review a price match request.


How Price Matching Works

Our price match is based on the total delivered cost of the product — not just the advertised retail price.

Some retailers advertise a lower product price but apply significantly higher shipping charges at checkout. We evaluate the full checkout total (product price + shipping before tax) to ensure a fair and transparent comparison.

Price Match can only be considered for up to 30 days from you receiving your ordered product from us. Price Match cannot be combined with any other promotions, or incentives such as any pick-up discounts.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be identical (same model, colour, and condition)
  • Be sold by an authorized retailer
  • Be in stock and available for immediate purchase
  • Not be a pre-order, clearance, demo, refurbished, open box, or limited-quantity item
  • Not be part of a flash sale or limited-time promotional event

Special Sale Exclusions

Items purchased during special promotional events cannot be price matched.

Special sale pricing includes:

  • Flash Sales
  • Black Friday
  • Black Friday Prices Now
  • Early Black Friday Promotions
  • Cyber Week
  • Boxing Day / Boxing Week
  • Pre-orders
  • Clearance
  • Demo units
  • Refurbished products
  • Open box items

These prices are exclusive to the promotional period and inventory allocated for that event.


What to Provide

To request a price match, email customercare@imgadgets.com and include:

  • A screenshot of the competitor’s checkout page
  • The product price
  • The shipping charge
  • The final total before tax
  • A direct link to the product page

Requests submitted without a checkout screenshot clearly showing shipping and total cost cannot be reviewed.


When to Submit a Request

  • Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase.
  • Post-purchase requests may be reviewed at our discretion.
